Job description


Our client, a global consultancy, is growing its digital capability and is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to join their team. Hybrid working in place.

In this client facing role as Digital Business Analyst, you will be part of a team and support across digital strategy, optimisation and experience. Your primary responsibility will be to generate value for clients through data-driven insights, examining, assessing, and developing ways to increase the value of their output to achieve project objectives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in Agile practices to drive digital initiatives, shaping the culture and behaviours required for successful digital adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital initiatives
  • Analyse processes and operations, using appropriate tools and techniques to identify improvements in accordance with client objectives
  • Develop and lead transformation roadmaps that form the foundation of digital change for our customers
  • Influence Agile practices within client's environment, actively participating in sprints, scrums, and retrospectives
  • Contribute to the development of operational improvement tools, techniques, and methods that build capability within teams
  • Ensuring client needs are aligned with requirements and business goals

Experience being sought:

  • Experience in consulting / client facing environment
  • Experience in technology-led transformation programmes across strategy, business design, and change management
  • Experience in an Agile project delivery environment (e.g., APMP, SAFe, MSP, DSDM, Scrum)
  • Ability to support the translation of user needs and business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Analysing complex problems, designing innovative solutions, and communicating them effectively to a wide range of audiences
