Job description

Role: IT Analyst - Compute & Storage

Onsite/Remote: Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Location: Calgary, AB

Contract length: (9 months - likely to be extended)

Start Date: ASAP

Key Objectives:

• Analyze and document virtual and physical infrastructure.
• Plan and prepare for the physical relocation of data center assets.
• Consolidate IT systems and retire legacy equipment.
• Provide support throughout the relocation process.

Responsibilities:

• Assess current On-Prem Data Centre services (ESX, Cisco UCS/Hyperflex, NetApp, Cohesity).
• Gather and validate technical requirements.
• Assist in relocation planning and contribute to compute/storage designs.
• Provide operational support as required (e.g., plugging cables in, racking and stacking (some physical labor is required).
• Ensure timely project delivery and communication.
