Job description
IT Support / Servicedesk person/s required on a rolling contract (onsite) for a public sector organisation
The post holder will be responsible for providing technical support for all IT systems and hardware, including telephones and other mobile devices within agreed timescales.
The post holder will ensure IT services are delivered following standardised processes in line with our Business Standards, working in an advisory and support capacity with colleagues whilst also providing a resolution (fix) to the customer.

IT support will require access to own transport / Servicedesk won't require this
