Training and development
If you join Networkers, you will be supported with quality training and development throughout your career with us. We have an experienced in-house training and development team who ensure each of our employees is provided with the training they need to perform at the highest level.
For graduates and those who are new to recruitment, we provide a trainee scheme, which allows you to develop your skills and truly understand your selected specialism. We also support experienced recruiters with training and development to help you move ahead in your career.
Certificate in Recruitment Practice
As a new recruiter joining our UK business, you will be enrolled onto the Certificate in Recruitment Practice course, a nationally recognised recruitment qualification developed jointly by the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) and key employers. You can then become a member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (MIRP). As a company, we fully support the development of our recruiters by funding the membership fees.
If you decide to further progress your studies, we will also fund the Diploma in Recruitment Practice course. This will provide you with the detailed knowledge required to provide clients and candidates with a high quality consultancy service.
Group support development
It’s not just our recruitment employees who benefit from our generous development schemes. Employees working within our support functions (Finance, Business Development, HR, Marketing and IT, amongst others) are also empowered to select training courses or study for qualifications which will support the delivery of their day-to-day roles. For those looking to progress into management, we will provide leadership training.
Delivering a high quality service
Providing our employees with ample opportunities for development is not only useful for their personal career progression but it also allows us to provide the highest quality service to our candidates and clients.
