What must we do to prevent robots taking our jobs?
With the rise of robots across multiple industries, James Smith, Managing Director, Networkers, says we need to alter our expectations for the changing workplace and accept that change is upon us.
Adapting to the changing environment is a crucial part of successful evolution so being agile to change is key for the survival of businesses in 2017 and beyond.
So how prepared are we for the future?
James gives his view:
“In Networkers’ Voice of the Workforce research, we found that only 34 per cent of tech professionals believe their companies are proactive in implementing changes that will allow them to survive in the future technology landscape.”
