The Job

Desktop Support Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to be on the front line on-site with an Academic Publishing Company, operating on a global scale.

You will be our on-site engineer with our academic publishing company encompassing the full range of support duties working within a predominantly Windows-based environment (70% windows, 30% Apple).

Key Responsibilities:

  • VIP/VVIP support
  • On-site support and troubleshooting for COTS
  • Relocation of users and hardware
  • Service Now ticket monitoring
  • Customer interaction, operating on a 2nd line basis - first line of contact for users
