A Global Marketing company are looking for an experience engineer to offer quality support for clients in London and across Europe. The role will be providing 2nd line support within a Windows PC and Apple Mac environment across a variety of devices.

  • Install/Refresh
  • Active Directory experience
  • IMAC
  • VIP/VVIP Support
  • Technology is split evenly between Apple and PC
  • ServiceNow
  • Client facing background
