A Software Development Manager - REMOTE, UK DEVELOPMENT PERMANENT. Paying up to £120k P/A plus benefits

Our Client provides cloud based online dental practice management software that helps thousands of dental practices and professionals.

Our client's purpose is to make life better for dentists, practice managers, and patients around the world. This purpose sits at the centre of everything we do. We are looking to grow our product design team to allow us to solve meaningful and important problems in intuitive and innovative ways.

How you'll make an impact
As a Software Development Manager you will lead a team who are responsible for delivering high quality code, working on a range of projects taking ownership of a feature from the original idea through to delivery.
You will be leading this team, pushing the succession planning and will take the company to the next level. You will have the freedom to expand into other markets, lead directed technologies of the future with road maps and growth strategies. You will be a motivated, talented leader who will drive the remote culture, bringing in best practise.

Our client are looking for people who are energetic and lively, who is driven and has had good previous transformation experience, with good Object Oriented Program knowledge.

What your team will do -
Solve meaningful problems that contribute to improving the health of millions of people across the world
Develop new product features and improve existing ones using a test-driven approach
Work closely with other engineers, designers and product managers to deliver a product that delights our customers
Work with your team to plan, scope and deliver projects.
Contribute ideas for developing new code and refactoring existing code
Review and provide constructive feedback on code written by others to help maintain high standards.
Coach and mentor more junior members of the team
You will be responsible for making decisions that will affect thousands of users. You won't be micromanaged!
