IT Functional Analyst

IT Functional Analyst opportunity - UK based with flexible working - salary between 40k-45k + benefits

Working for a high-profile Defence organisation, you will work within a team to develop the SAP business applications roadmap.

Key responsibilities:

* Undertakes specialist activities and may schedule and plan the work of others to achieve set business objectives

* Supports programmes of work within the function and will involve cross functional activity

* To self sufficiently, design and develop business / process enhancing SAP solutions using preferred tools

* To deliver early life support for new solutions

* To support established in-house developed solutions

* To add value to existing business processes / procedures by improving efficiency and effectiveness

Experience required:

* Expert in one or more of the following SAP Modules (PP,MM,QM,LO,PDM,CS,SD,WM,PM)

* Design, configuration and testing in relevant SAP Modules

* Work with the business to analyse requirements, design and deliver solutions

* Provide support for migration projects as and when required

* Understand the business requirements and translate it into solution framework / architecture

* Work with business experts and technical resources to facilitate incident & problem resolution Ensure effective communication with business and project stakeholders
