The Job

A ServiceNow Solution Architect is required to join a leading Servicenow elite partner on a permanent basis.

For this position the ServiceNow Solution Architect will be responsible for working across a number of different client facing projects designing and implementing fit for purpose solutions to meet their requirements. You will have responsibility for assessing various components of ServiceNow technology against current and future functionality on behalf of a number of customers and looking for opportunity to enhance the offering to meet and exceed their needs. You will be responsible for working across a number of different modules within servicenow but specifically CSM, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM. You will have technical expertise with web technologies such as XML, Javascript and be able to integrate custom applications into the ServiceNow instance.

The successful candidate will have proven experience developing scalable solutions within ServiceNow on behalf of a number of clients across different industries. You will have a strong technical experience of high and low level design within ServiceNow and be able to come up with workable solutions to enhance and improve customers use of the tool. Successful candidates must have had hands on experience with ServiceNow as part of this role.

This role will pay in the region of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum plus benefits for the successful candidate. Travel to customer sites may be required once the situation permits.
