The Job

IT Service Desk Technician required for a 2 month + contract working remotely from home - you will be required to attend some initial training on site in Port Talbot.

Working for the NHS, you will be responding to incoming calls and emails as a first point of contact on their central IT Service Desk. You will asign calls and issues, provide 1st time fixes wherever possible and escalate more complex issues up to 2nd line.

As well as providing BAU hardware and software support, you will also assist with a large scale O365 Deployment to over 1300 users, you will provide IT Support, troubleshooting and first time fixes to end users working remotely and on mobile apps.

You need to have previous IT Support experience within a MS environment.

This role is to start ASAP and will pay between £10.00 - £14.61 Umbrella per hour depending on your level of experience.
