An eCommerce Application Support Analyst is required on a permanent basis based in Chertsey, Surrey



The Job

This role is to start asap and will pay between £45 and £50k p/a (plus excellent benefits)

The Application Support Analyst will spearhead necessary changes needed within the Application Support Team to ensure it can provide the relevant support as per business expectations, growing in its capability and capacity by introduction of new ways of working, expertise, coaching, and implementation of effective monitoring tools. The Application Support Analyst should be providing the one stop solutions and consultation for staff to resolve process issues and queries

Day to day duties -

* To provide day to day support on core business applications PoS, Intranet

* To handle all business queries received and seeing through to resolution where possible, and where required, logging with appropriate 3rd parties

* Actively identify and execute technical improvements to the Digital platform and Omni-Channel solutions.

* Troubleshoot Digital and Omni issues and engage appropriate parties as necessary. Lead resolution, diagnosis, and communication during high severity situations.

* Devleop strategies to log, debug, prioritise and deliver solutions related to business needs.

* Implement early warning systems to indentify potential problems with exsiting business processes.

* Devleop clear communication channels with business owners to ensure they are fully informed of any potential issues or concerns

* Provide guidance and best practice to Change Management team to ensure new initiatives incorporate relevant standards and monitoring tools.

Skills and experience required -

Essential -

* Cross-functional team player with a strong mix of technical and functional experience in eCommerce systems , including product information management, order management, payment processing, content management and POS solutions

* Experience supporting with SAP Hybris, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) highly preferred

* Familiarity with eCommerce analytics reporting needs and Adobe Analytics highly preferred

* Knowledge of SQL benficial

* Experience supporting POS solutions

* Excellent knowledge of web platforms,Point of sale systems and systems integration

* Detailed functional knowledge of all major business processes in a Retail enviroment

* Knowledge of the MS Office suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)

* Very strong relationship building and influencing skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Analytical thinking with the ability to pick up new ideas and subject matter quickly

* Retail and Ecommerce systems support
