The Job

A Enterprise Architect is required on a 6 month initial contract (possible extension) based in ….

For this position the Enterprise Architect will be responsible for technical leadership across a number of areas including Core Infrastructure, Network, IT Security and End User Computing. You will work with various stakeholder groups both internally and externally to gather requirements and understand the As-Is status and then formulate a Data Center migration roadmap inclusive of the selection of vendors and delivery partners. You will work across cross-functional delivery teams following an agile delivery approach and ensure all governance as part of the project is adhered to. The outcome will mean a successful migration of all hosting from data centres into greenfield colocation sites. You will have worked with over 110 live business facing applications and over a petabyte of block and file data.

The successful Enterprise Architect will display hands on experience across multiple domains including Unified Communication, End User Computer, Servers, Storage and Networking. You will have worked on greenfield datacentre programme Design, Implementation and migration and liaised with various vendors.

This role is to start ASAP and will pay up to £590 per day (ltd/umbrella) dependant on experience.
