The Job

A Wintel Engineer is required on a 3 month initial contract (possible extension) based in Central Birmingham.

For this position the successful Wintel Engineer will be responsible for supporting a Windows 2013/2016 environment on site with a client. As part of your responsibilities you will need to display hands on technical experience supporting Exchange 2013, VMWare, Veeam and LAN/WAN based enterprise scale environments. You will be responsible for making sure that the service is available at all times and ensure there are measures in place to minimise any latency utilising Veeam. The successful candidate will have worked within an enterprise scale organisation and have a breadth of knowledge and experience within Wintel support up to 2016. You will hands on experience supporting and configuring Exchange 2013 as well as technical skills with VMWare & Veeam. You will also require a basic level of network support experience within LAN/WAN based environments.

This role is to start immediately and will pay £300-£330 per day (umbrella) dependant on experience.
