The Job

2 x IT Support Technicians required for a 6 month contracts based in Poole or Bournemouth (Dorset)

Working inside of IR35 for a well-established Public Sector organisation, you will provide IT Support (Hardware & Software) to end users.

Key responsibilities:

* To provide a second-line remedial or support service to all IT users

* To ensure requests are answered promptly and efficiently

* To communicate with the user to understand or explain the nature of the problem and timescales

* To provide ad-hoc end user coaching

* To maintain records of work carried out using software employed by the IT department

* To support all other members of the IT Team

For these positions, you need to have previous experience of working within an IT Support / 2nd line / Desktop Support / Field engineer position within a MS environment.

These roles are to start ASAP and will pay between £10 - £11.94 + HP PAYE or £12.50 - £14.61 umbrella / deemed ltd per hour depending on your experience
