3rd Line Technical Specialist (Identity Operations
3rd Line Technical Specialist - Southampton - Up to £45,000
An incredibly exciting opportunity has arisen for an Identity Technical Specialist to work as part of a team performing 3rd line support activities on a number of core identity and security platforms.
Provide 3rd line support service with root cause analysis and remediation, engaging vendors/partners as required
Workload prioritisation, incident/request queue responsibility and management, ensuring delivery is in line with KPI's and SLA's
Creating and maintaining technical documentation including training and handover to 1st and 2nd line teams as necessary
Actively support and contribute to project and programme initiatives ensuring successful delivery of roadmap initiatives
Identify and deliver service improvement to bring operational efficiencies
This role has responsibility for technical services and capabilities including
- Identify Management tools (either Tivoli Identity Manager or Microsoft Identify Manager)
- Active Directory
- Azure AD would be advantageous but not essential for this role
In addition to the principle technologies, knowledge of any of the below would be advantageous
- Security Operations - encryption, patching, updates
- PowerShell scripting
