Our client is now looking for a Field Service Engineer to join them Supporting sites across London
Working as an IT Field/Dispatch Engineer you will be responding to customers' requests for the repair, maintenance and installation of computer equipment within our contracted service level agreements ensuring that timescales are met, customer satisfaction is achieved and that all work carried out is completed according to set quality standards and manufacturers' guidelines.
We are looking for an experienced IT Field/Dispatch Engineer with experience of diagnosing faults, good break fix experience - predominantly on hardware but also on some software packages with excellent communication and customer service skills together with a valid UK driving license.
Our dispatch/field engineers working in the Central London area, must be flexible, able to work out of hours on an on-call rota and must also be willing and able to work extra overtime.
Experience around some of the below hardware and software systems will make the ideal candidate for this position.
EMC - Clariion, VNX, Centera, Celerra, Data Domain, Isilon, SYMM/VMAX
Dell - DCSE1000/2000, Server, storage, Compellent, Tape Libraries
Quantum - Tape Libraries, Disk based storage.
Network - CISCO Products, Routers, Switches, Checkpoint/Nokia
- DSS - Laptops, Desktops, Printers software Win 7 or 10
