1st/2nd Line Support Engineer
An opportunity to join a growing team of creative problem-solvers with the desire to progress their career. In this position you will be empowered and able to use your initiative and you have autonomy.
This isn't you usual 1st/2nd line support role where you're strapped to your desk, inundated with support calls where the user just needs to turn their PC off and on again. This is a varied role requiring a technical skillset and communication skills to be able to solve problems users have across the business and client base. A customer ticketing system is in place and you'll be providing support for post migration technical issues.
Strong communication skills are a MUST for this position as well as supporting Outlook/Exchange.
