The Job

A 2nd Line Support Analyst is required on a 1 month contract based in Cardiff, Wales.

For this position the 2nd Line Support Analyst will be the sole point of contact for all 2nd line/desktop related issues primarily within a Microsoft environment. You will have technical skills at a 2nd line level with experience of speaking directly to end users to solve their problems within a quick and timely manner. You will have experience supporting Active Direct, MS Office, Exchange as well as supporting IT hardware in previous roles.

This role is to start ASAP and will pay up to £160 per day (ltd/umbrella) dependant on experience.

Networkers acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers and is part of Gattaca Plc.
