Introduction

Desktop Support / Rollout Engineer required for a 6 month contract (to cover a secondment) based in Bridgend, South Wales.

Desktop Support / 2nd Line experience

The Job

Working inside of IR35 for a well-established Public Sector organisation you will provide assistance on an on-going rollout of Windows 10 and Office 2016, as well as providing desktop 2nd line support to end users (hardware & software)

Essential experience:

* knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems,

* Active Directory,

* Remote Control Support Tools,

* PC / Laptop & Printer Hardware plus knowledge of Build Technology/Imaging Tools.

For this role you need to have previous experience or working within a 2nd line support / rollout / field engineer position. You MUST be able to drive and have your own transport as there may be travel to multiple sites (local - expenses paid)

This position is to start ASAP and will pay between £9-£11 + HP PAYE or £11.50 - £13.50 Umbrella per hour depending on your level of experience.
