1st Line Support Analyst
5 x 1st Line Support / Service Desk Analysts are required for 3 month contract (to be extended by another 3 months if successful)
Working for the private sector - as part of a large Service Desk expansion, our client is looking to recruit a team of 15 1st Line Support / Service Desk Analysts to join a fast-paced, busy team providing IT Support to internal users and customers.
As a Service Desk Analyst you will receive IT incidents via incoming calls or emails. You will assess the call, provide basic trouble shooting / 1st time fixes where possible or escalate up to the 2nd Line technical teams for resolution.
For these roles you need to have previous experience of working within a Helpdesk / Service Desk / Remote support environment with some technical knowledge / experience of 1 or more of the following: Active Directory (AD), Microsoft 365, Exchange, , Citrix environments,
These roles are to start ASAP and will pay £13.50 + HP PAYE or £16.50 ltd/umbrella per hour
