The Job

Working for a technology company this role is to lead a fundamental re-vamp of their BSS/OSS networks and data management capabilities which are critical to their operation.This means a transformation of legacy operations spanning device/thing management, configuration/change/resource management, customer management, ERP, charging/rating/billing, payments, revenue assurance/fraud management With a team of six, you will deliver and apply technical, industry and regulatory expertise to the development and production of IT, Network and Operational strategies, architectural blueprints, setting principles and creating policy.This is a very senior role, calling a thought leader in technology and an industry recognised authority who owns the definition of the target technology architecture, in key disciplines such as cloud computing, product strategy infrastructure, operational support and readiness, fulfilment, assurance, revenue management, integration infrastructure, security and ERP. You should have a telecommunication/ IT networks infrastructure background and experience as a chief/lead architect for change programmes in the region of £10-50m.
