The Job

A Head of Service Management & Operations Centre is required on a 6 month initial contract (possible extension) based in London.

For this position the Head of Service Management & Operations Centre will be responsible for the development of an end to end global strategy encompassing Service Management, Event Management & operations. You will be responsible for the delivery of a 24x7x365 support service across UK and internationally. You will own incident, problem, change, configuration & event management and be responsible for setting the Service Management roadmap looking at enhancing and improving performance. You will be have experience of working within a global role shaping and defining Service Management and improving performance of services delivered. You will have experience of working within complex large scale environment ideally with knowledge within the insurance or financial services industry.

This role is to start ASAP and will pay up to £725 per day (ltd/umbrella) dependant on experience
