Change / Continuous Improvement Manager
An exciting opportunity to both define and effect Change and Continuous Improvement within a large organisation.
Based within the Operations Directorate of an organisation operating within a safety-critical environment, you will be driving forward pre-defined Change as well as working with the business around the strategy of future Change. Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Business Change - People, Processes, Technology, you will bring valuable expertise that will help this business move forward. The role will be extremely engaged with the busienss, including senior stakeholders.
You will need to have a proven track record in Change Management and Continuous Improvement, gained within credible business environments. Whilst you will need the grativas to engage with senior stakeholders and contrinute to Change strategy, you will also need to be a 'doer' where Change is concerned. Ideally you will have prior experience within a safety-critical environment (such as Rail, Nuclear, Defence, Aerospace), but the skills are more important than the domain.
Position to begin ASAP, for an initial 3 month period. Rate negotiable between £400 and £500pd.
Business change management, delivery, operations, project management methodologies, agile, waterfall, people, process, technology, security cleared.
