Introduction

A Service Management Consultant- Process Improvement is required on a 3 month contract based in London.

The Job

For this position the Service Management Consultant will be responsible for working on an Office 365 transformation project looking at processes, documenting them correctly and then proposing and designing appropriate solutions to enhance and improve the service offering. You will need previous experience of process design following ITIL methodology and experience following IT transformation projects specifically around Office 365.

This role is to start ASAP and will pay in the region of £450-£500 per day (ltd/umbrella) dependant on experience.
