Introduction

Our client is now looking for a candidate to join them on a short term contract to assist with an increased volume of tasks within their 3rd line support team

Important

ITIL and Change Management experience

The Job

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, networks and backups
  • Migrating existing computer and user accounts from the old network to the new domain
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
  • Deploying windows 10MDT images to laptops and PC's
  • Applying Windows 10 Bitlocker data encryption

Skills:

  • Windows 7,10,2008R2 and 2012R2
  • Experience working on an IT Helpdesk
  • Manage Engine or ITIL experience is desirable
  • MS Exchange 2013/16
  • Windows 10 Bitlocker Encryption
  • Symantec Endpoint protection
  • Knowledge IP Network routing and switch technology
  • VMWare 6.0/6.5
  • Veam
  • ITIL and Change Management experience

  • CCNA, MCSE, VCP, VCAP or CCSA certification would be desirable
