Introduction

Automation and Analytics (AnA) Operations and Support team is now looking for a First Level Application Support Analyst that will assist with general user support functions and execution of application administration activities.

The Job

The Application Support Analyst provides application support to end users throughout the US and Canada and guides users who contact support through the steps necessary to resolve the issues, while using the IT Service Management system, to document the troubleshooting results and solutions.

The AnA Operations and Support team is customer-focused and is accountable for providing superior service for all applications within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes.

Responsibilities: Assist with support activities submitted via ticketing system, email and phone.

*End User Support to include, but not limited to: User Access Setup/Troubleshooting, General Coaching, Data Imports, Data Analysis, Support Ticket Processing.

Key Qualifications:

*Associates Degree in Business Management, Computer Science or similar

*2-3 years experience in a call center or high-volume customer support environment

*Advanced Microsoft Excel; Intermediate MS Outlook, Skype for Business, etc. Additional Requirements:

*Ability to provide dynamic customer service using various techniques including positive language, calming presence, attentiveness, clear communication, and patience

*Self-motivated with the ability to learn and work in a fast-moving environment

*Strong attention to detail

*Excellent knowledge sharing and collaboration skills

*Easily builds relationships with team members and customers

*Effectively work both alone and as part of a team

*Professional verbal and written English skills

* Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

*Flexibility to work early, late and weekends as needed.
