They have grown from strength to strength and as part of their expansion plan, we are exclusively looking for an Executive Director - Sales with a global remit reporting into the CEO. Your main focus would be to grow the wholesale & enterprise business, develop and implement growth generated programs with partners, go to market strategy & direct the marketing function to support the sales strategy.
Salary: ZAR1,8 -ZAR2,2 Million per annum

Job Description:
Essential:
- Develop and implement effective strategic plans and goals to achieve sales objectives.
- Manage the sales function to maximize sales and profitability objectives.
- Maintain accurate forecasts for the enterprise business and all it's strategic customers.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Technical or any related field.
Personal Aptitude & Skills:
- Highly Self-motivated.
- Leadership skills.
- Initiative.
- Resilient.
- Commercially astute.
- Work under pressure and adhere to agreed deadlines.
Note: This role involves extensive global travel on a regular basis.
Key skills:
- 15-20 years progressive wholesale & enterprise sales experience into multinationals globally, with a minimum of 10 years senior management exposure in the telecommunications industry.
