Sales Director - Enterprise

The Job

They have grown from strength to strength and as part of their expansion plan, we have been tasked to find them a Strategic Sales Director covering SA & Africa. Your main focus would be to grow the large enterprise business, syphon out opportunities, customer experience and building and maintaining key relationships. You will have a demonstrated track record in identifying and converting large deals.

Job description:


  • Develop and implement effective strategic plans and goals to achieve sales objectives.
  • Manage the sales function to maximize sales and profitability objectives.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts for the enterprise business and all it's strategic customers.


  • Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Technical or any related field.

Personal Aptitude & Skills:

  • Highly Self-motivated.
  • Initiative.
  • Resilient.
  • Commercially astute.
  • Work under pressure and adhere to agreed deadlines.

Key skills:

  • 8-10 years progressive large enterprise sales experience into multinationals across South Africa & Africa.

Salary: ZAR 840,000 per annum plus OTE
