Pensions Administrator / Secrectary
Pensions Administrator/Secretary - To be based onsite in London, candidates must live within a 1.5 hour commute from Chiswick, London W4.
Pensions Administrator/Secretary - Our client based in North West London, Chiswick W4 are looking to add an additional layer into the HR/Pensions team and require an experienced Pensions Administrator/Scheme Secretary. Candidates will have experience in preparing draft meeting agendas, producing minutes, arranging trustee meetings, maintain soft copy filling systems for trustee board papers, maintain pensions scheme documents, liaising with schemes administrators, maintain register of interests and conflict policies, producing an annual business plan, ensure scheme changes are documented, ensure MNT nomination and selection process is implemented, ensure completion of tPR's annual returns. Candidates applying for this position must have the relevant Pensions administration experience to be considered.
