The Job
The Senior Development Manager will be responsible to oversee the development of Digital Banking Products, Payment Systems, Treasury and Finance Systems
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Development Manager to be part of a market leading Digital Banking organisation looking to create and maintain best-in-class user experiences for their customers within payments.
Essential skills and experience required:
- Degree in engineering, information systems or commerce
- 8 to 10 years' experience in software development for large banking entities
- 5 to 8 years' experience in managing matrix development teams
- 5 to 8 years' experience in managing payment and Treasury systems
Desirable skills:
- Payment Engines (SAP Payment Engine)
- Treasury solutions (Calypso an advantage), SAP CRM & S4
- Experience in implementing and managing loyalty programs is an advantage
Other: Software architecture, facilitating JAD sessions, data modelling techniques, UML Process Design, Project Management, Solution Architecture, Software development and testing, SDLC, ITIL (Incident, Change, Release, Problem Management)
