Product Manager:

Job Description

  • You will be responsible for all products across the business unit, which include revenue protection, vending services, hand held POS devices as well as their switching system.
  • You will work in line with Agile processes within the Development and DevOps teams. You will be responsible for all work that gets allocated to the development teams.
  • Your primary focus is rebuilding legacy systems into a consolidated, new age, web based platform.
  • You will be responsible for Financial budgeting and capitalisation of software products
  • You will manage Business Analysts and a Project Manager

KRA'S:

  • Manage the Revenue Product Lifecycle, i.e (POS, Transaction Product Switch and S3/W3 Vending Products)
  • Manage vending system implementation's, at a project management, technical and operational level.
  • Oversee the IT and Service & Maintenance teams responsible for payCity product and solutions.
  • Writing and enhancing product specification, as well as partner connection document.
  • Bid Management, Tender Submissions and Contract Negotiation
