Networkers Technology have partnered with a leading telecoms solutions company to find a Director of Product Line Management to oversee their OLT, GPON product teams.

The Job

As the Director of Product Line Management your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing for a team of globally distributed Product Line Managers and other technical sales support staff.
  • Drive all product line management functions such as strategic and commercial business modeling within the OLT product portfolio.
  • Identifying business opportunities relating to product portfolio and key Service Providers.
  • Working cross-functionally with global teams.
  • Interfacing with key customers around the world.

As the Director of Product Line Management you will have:

  • A minimum of 12+ years experience leading global product teams in the Telecommunications industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GPON, XGSPON Optitcal, OLT, and Cloud technologies.
  • Experience working and growing ecosystem partners around 3rd party hardware/software solutions.
  • Experience managing labs and driving 3rd party product ecosystems.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • The abililty to travel globally approximately 30 to 50% of time.
