If you have Sales management skills (e.g., Account Planning, pipeline mgt., influencing, develop marketing strategic approach), proven track record in GBU level sales in the given SL, capacity to position at customer as trusted advisor and executive sponsor and possess great leadership skills with a capacity to design and implement a vision, Networkers has an amazing opportunity for you.

Networkers is looking for a Senior Sales Leader to fill a "VP of Sales" position in Irving, TX. Some of the job respoinsibilities are:

  • Managing and expanding NAO Base Accounts
  • Managing and expanding New Logo accounts
  • BU sales strategy and pipeline and delivery alignment, setup appropriate sales organization to achieve results
  • Develop and drive joint go to market initiatives with key business & alliance partners Accountable for GBU OE/ER forecast / budget and actions to close gaps
  • Accountable for delivering high quality Account Planning for target accounts
  • Have executive levels interaction (e.g., negotiation, closing)
  • Accountable for sales targets and pre-sales budget
  • Motivate and inspire team to achieve success, ensure sales training is embraced and acted on
  • License to operate
  • Qualification/prioritization of deals
