The Job

As the Product Manager - Threat, Content and Analytics (Security) you will work with different business units, portfolio, engineering, field engineers, and customers. Your responsibilities will include conducting key announcements to customers and to internal stakeholders to prepare them on upcoming releases. You will work with Cloud management to continuously build, deploy, and update software and environments. Your product management responsibilities will include working with the Marketing team to showcase new research capabilities, customer testimonies on the content and provide right documentation across all these teams.

As the Product Manager - Threat, Content and Analytics (Security) your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the full product management life-cycle: initiation, planning, design, implementation, iterative releases, maintenance
  • Designing product features and creating stories
  • Forward planing of the content release windows and cycles across a portfolio
  • Managing risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality
  • Measuring and monitoring progress to ensure releases are delivered on time and within budget, and exceed expectations
  • Coordinating content release effort based on the service request backlog, pending service requests from customer requirements, engineering priorities and cloud team updates
  • Communicating all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes
  • Conduct content release readiness reviews, milestone reviews, and business Go/No-Go reviews
  • Produce deployment, run books and implementation plans
  • Weekly content release reporting
  • Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment plans and checklists
  • Participate in customer meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks
  • Maintains a release repository and manages key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists

As the Product Manager - Threat, Content and Analytics (Security) your background will include:

  • 3+ years of product management experience in enterprise software
  • At least 5 years in highly technical roles (preferably security)
  • Full life cycle product management life-cycle
  • Experience in product road-map creation, communication, and maintenance
  • Experience in SaaS environment and fast-paced agile iterations
  • Solid understanding of project management practices
  • Experience working with virtual / off-shore development teams
  • Hands-on experience with coding, scripting, source code repositories
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
  • Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skill
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
