If you are a kick ass sales professional who has a proven track record of excelling sales quotas, smashing goals, whilst bringing on new logo enterprise clients. Do you love working with the latest and greatest digital technology solutions? Have you led a team in the field, being out there in the trenches with them and helping them close deals?

Then this Regional Sales Manager opportunity is for you!

As the Regional Sales Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Effectively develop and manage a cohesive team which represents our clients solutions to our customers resulting in revenue attainment and customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and implementing a strategy based on customer set, team's skill set, competition, and our customers core vallues.
  • Coaching and developing your team members.
  • Effectively communicating and setting performance expectations to your team.
  • Developing relationships with peer managers and executive-level customers.
  • Ensuring high level customer satisfaction remains high.
  • Leading by example with the highest integrity and ethics.

As the Regional Sales Manager you will bring:

  • A proven successful track record in exceding technology sales quotas.
  • Leading a team of 5-7 sales professionals.
  • Developed successful sales strategies.
  • Acted as a coach and mentor, ensuring that your team have all the help and support they need to achieve their goals.
  • Acting as a closer when needed, going to sales meetings and assisting your team get that win!
  • The ability to travel as needed to help your team!
  • Passion and knowledge of SaaS/Cloud/Digital solutions.

This opportunity is field based and can be remotely based anywhere within the Central Region of the US!
