Product Specialist - ISP / Telecom ; Managed Services
Knowledge of Managed Service Enterprise Telecoms Market and Products including Voice & Security services
Ability to identify opportunities, interpret market structures, synthesize information into a meaningful customer value proposition
Other Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Preferably with 1-3 years of Product experience in telecom/ISP for Enterprise services
Prior Sales Engineering experience is a plus.
Good written and oral communications skills.
Knowledge of managed services, including Voice and Security as well as other VAS/Cloud Services.
Keen sense of technology developments, market trends, and needs of the communications market.
Achievement and customer oriented. Independent, creative and with drive. Team player.
Product Development and Planning
Assistance in revenue and margin plans for products and territories
Day to day operations of the managed services portfolio
Achievement of targets as per product roadmap
Assisting with development objectives for the managed services portfolio of products
Assistance on product revenue and profitability
Pricing, competitor and market analysis
Products enhancements & features
Product launch and go-to-market: Internal and External
