Job description

Building Control opportunity within an Approved Inspector covering sites in East Sussex

Introduction

• We are currently working with an Approved Inspector who are looking to recruit a Building Control Surveyor / Senior Building Control Surveyor to join the group and cover a manageable number of sites In the East Sussex area.

You will need:

• Experience working in Building Control covering residential projects.
• To be up to date with current building regulations and in the process of getting registered through the BSR.
• The ability to understand and evaluate architectural and Engineering drawings.
• Good communications skills to translate through to Clients and Colleagues
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to be decisive when assessing projects.
• A full UK driving license

Working conditions / environment:

• Flexible working with the option to work from home the vast majority of the time.

Salary / Package:

• The Salary ranges from £50,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance (value dependent on candidate experience) + 45p per mile + 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays + pension scheme.
