Project Administrator


Role Summary:
Join our clients Development team as a Project Administrator. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing top-notch administration and facilities management support, ensuring the team operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
  • Manage facilities to support a growing team with dynamic ambitions.
  • Ensure exceptional project management, information management, and reporting throughout the development process.
  • Assist staff with procurement and invoicing requests.
  • Proactively manage meeting and travel arrangements.
  • Oversee the administration of the office.
  • Tackle challenges proactively and develop solutions.
  • Implement system plans and conduct systems training.
  • Maintain optimal workspace environments for business units.


Other Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in administration and facilities management.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Skilled in procurement and invoice processing.
  • Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective prioritization.
  • Proactive in suggesting improvements for effectiveness.
  • Collaborative 'can do' attitude with a drive to complete projects.
  • Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and problem-solving.
  • Professional demeanor with exceptional communication skills.
