Job description

Responsibilities:

• Lead the front end development of projects, including preliminary designs, surveys, and feasibility studies.
• Conduct thorough assessments of project sites, analysing terrain, drainage systems, and topographical features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and establish project objectives.
• Develop detailed design plans and specifications for construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client expectations.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project life cycle, from inception to completion.
• Prepare comprehensive works packages and construction documents, including drawings, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to execute construction activities efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues or challenges, and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety protocols.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to optimise project outcomes.
