Job description

Position: Section Engineer - M&E/MEP and Demolition
Location: Heathrow Airport, London
Duration: 9 months+
Rate: £400/day

As a Section Engineer specializing in M&E/MEP systems and demolition, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of various projects at Heathrow Airport. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of M&E/MEP systems across airport facilities.
• Managing demolition projects with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborating closely with contractors, suppliers, and airport stakeholders to coordinate project activities.
• Conducting site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve engineering challenges.

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer with expertise in M&E/MEP systems and demolition projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management and engineering design.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
