Service Desk Analyst required for a 6 - month contract located in London.

Working inside of IR35 for a high-profile NHS organisation, providing first line support.

Responsibilities:

  • The role is primarily first line focused; we are looking for someone who can proactively respond to requests and resolve incidents over the phone, email, and web portal.
  • Run the day-to-day operations of the Service Desk, maintaining a high level of customer service.

Experience:

  • Logging incidents and request tickets
  • Active Directory
  • At least 6 months of experience working in an ITIL environment
  • Advance troubleshooting skills in Windows 10 desktop and its supporting technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, team-playing and organisational skills.
  • High attention to detail and good time management skills
  • Good telephone skills, Resilient and calm under pressure

This position is to start ASAP and will pay up to 17ph umbrella depending on your level of experience.

The rate quoted above is the Gross Umbrella rate (i.e., the rate we pay to the Umbrella company inclusive of ALL employment costs). Please note, the rate paid by the Umbrella will be less, as will a Limited Deemed rate or Agency PAYE rate. Please get in touch to discuss the rates via these different payment vehicles.
