>The job
Short-mid term, the main responsibility for this role will be to lead the teams responsible for delivery of financial applications (SAP, etc.) within the Finance Delivery area.
- Lead and coordinate the teams (Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineering) to provide functional and technical requirements and designs to lead implementation.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in the business, in order to achieve the company's objectives, effectively demonstrating people management skills.
- Assist with the growth of the team, develop and guide junior colleagues.
- Help manage external providers.
In the near future, it is expected that this role will lead towards the Director position for the Finance Delivery and Enterprise Information Management verticals within the company.
>Requirements
- At least 4 years' experience in IT team lead roles.
- Experience with financial applications (SAP, etc.).
- Desirable: experience with Data Management, BI/Analytics would be a great plus.
- Professional experience as a Project Manager, preferably in technological projects.
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
- High proactivity and assertiveness.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
