Business Support Manager to CEO - NHS - 3 months initially -Shrewsbury - £240-£340 a day via umbrella
Seeking a Business Manager to support the Chief Executive at this NHS Organisation in Shrewsbury for a 3 month assignment. You will support the Chief executive in strategic and operational management, in a highly varied role and will be part of a dynamic team delivering effective services to provide high quality policy advice, information and administration support to ensure key strategy and operational actions are taken forward and delivered by the right people/ teams.
This is a fast paced and demanding role, and the post holder will be required to deliver within demanding time frames. The ideal post holder will be a self-starter and a completer finisher with bags of initiative, drive ad enthusiasm, they must be able to work flexibly, a compassionate leadership style, and the ability to be assertive while demonstrating and role modelling the values and behaviours of this NHS Organisation.. In addition, the post holder will have NHS experience and be able to synthesis information from a wide range of sources, while also able to get into the detail of data to analyse and provide accurate and concise strategic and operational information and support on a number of work streams to support the Chief executive.
