IT Service Desk Analyst - £17.76 an hour via umbrella - 6 weeks initial contract - Redhill - NHS

You will be a member of IT User Support Team (UST) which provides direct user facing support across this NHS Organisation, resolving support incidents and deploying approved changes, helping the Trust deliver safe and effective patient care.
The role requires a dedicated, self-motivated and capable individual who is able to work as part of a team to ensure the delivery of a great user experience to the organisation and its employees. You will work with users, suppliers, team members and other Digital Divisional staff as necessary.
The role works cooperatively in the UST to address first and second line incidents, ensuring they are effectively and efficiently addressed within the scope of the role, escalating as necessary to the IT User Support Manager (CSM) and expert 3rd Parties (E3Ps) for direction, guidance and equipment repairs as necessary.
Experience Needed

  • Valid UK driving license and car to use
  • ITIL awareness
  • Evidence of delivering substantial user support in a large organisational setting
  • Uses a proven troubleshooting methodology
  • Extensive experience of user device management
  • Experience in managing supplier relationships
  • Experience of report writing for management groups or similar
  • Experience of successfully managing demanding and competing priorities
