What we looking for

• Strong understanding of AWS Compute, Storage, Container and Networking services
• You are able to comprehend and break down complexity into smaller tasks and work in small increments to solve it
• You are able to continually reshape the scope of your work, always leaning towards delivering value early
• Able to deep dive into an AWS service and evaluate its usefulness to Company
• You understand the benefits of building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and are able to do so
• You understand when to scale vertically and horizontally for maximum business value
• Your a master collaborator and able to work with all stakeholders, understanding their needs and offering solutions
• You are able to write minimal yet meaningful documentation
• You handle incidents with care and attention to detail - ensuring we log and handle incidents mindfully, gather learnings so to be better going forwards
• Always look to uphold best practises and refactoring our IaC to ensure we remain lean
• Proficient in or have a deep desire to learn our tech stack
