Working for a rapidly expanding recruitment organisation, you will work as part of the Technical Enhancement Team who are involved in project implementations and support for new business demands.
This role is an integral link between the Service Desk and Desktop Teams to provide process and business recommendations and enhancements.
The Role
- Assisting the Learning & Development Team to plan training requirement arising from projects and major application upgrades.
- Ensuring that suppliers carry out their contractual obligations in a satisfactory manner and that they meet agreed quality and service standards.
- Escalating issues with suppliers where projects are not progressing in a timely or satisfactory manner
- Understand existing business processes and contribute to new processes and system designs.
- Utilize knowledge and skills to effect positive change in all areas of software and systems
- Provide input on software and systems setup, data integrity, business process design, security, report writing and data analysis.
- Contribute towards the successful implementation of various department initiatives.
- Demonstrate high-level problem-solving techniques and ability to identify issues and take corrective actions to resolve
- They prioritize user requirements and oversee system upgrades.
- They advise and provide technical training, remain aware of technology trends and developments, and make suggestions
- Coordinate with external vendors in support of software and systems.
- Plan for and maintain technical work backlog and provide status reports to leadership team.
- Work as an independent individual contributor and cooperative teammate
Experience / Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, information systems, computer science, or information technology.
- Understanding business processes
- Fluency in business process analysis.
- A leader and critical thinker
- A collaborator and problem solver.
Desired Experience
- Background within payroll and/or finance
- CRM experience and/or knowledge
- Experience with SAP Cloud, BODS, Functional, Basis, and HANA.
- Experience with SQL, HANA, XML, JAVA, and SIP.
- Experience with cloud software and JavaScript
- Experience in a consultant role.
Flexible working/WFH is available for this position. Salary on offer is in the range of 30k - 35k + benefits depending on your level of experience.
