IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator
Regional role with travel to Retail stores required. Geographic will encompass North West area.
This IT Infrastructure Project Co-ordinator job role is a permanent full time position. Joining a dedicated project team (growing as a result of demand), you will be tasked with supporting the planning and delivery of IT Infrastructure projects for stores across the North West region.
The business has performed exceptionally well during the last two years and growing this team as a result of significant investment within their operations.
Working with various stakeholders within the business, both internal and external with varying IT knowledge, you will be ensuring stores possess the right IT infrastructure in an efficient and timely manner.
From a project planning perspective you will be involved from initiation supporting on the IT requirements needed, how they will be installed/deployed and ultimately their successful set-up. Ensuring status, documentation and updates throughout are communicated effectively.
You will provide support during the planning phase, as well as managing 3rd parties to supervise in their delivery and subsequently any required aftercare support, to ensure smooth and timely completion.
An exposure to IT Service Management processes would be hugely beneficial as much of the hands on work will be undertaken by suppliers.
