The Job


An IT Problem Manager is required to join a leading retailer based in Southampton, Hampshire.

For this position the Problem Manager will be required to improve the availability of core IT services resolving incidents and identifying root causes to improve IT performance. You will play the lead role in identifying root cause analysis in support of the business incident & problem management objectives. You will play a key role in developing the reporting function around Problem Management processes and its associates benefits to the business. The successful candidate will conduct regular review meetings with internal and external stakeholders with the objective of improving service offerings.

The ideal candidate will have worked within a Problem Manager position with an ITIL certification under their belt. You will have applied root cause analysis methods in order to successfully resolve issues and improve IT Service offerings. The role will deal with a range of stakeholders so you will need to have worked with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

The role is to start in December 2021 and will pay up to £40,000 per annum.
