Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Network Management Team, developers, and contractors to facilitate projects.
- Produce Permanent and Temporary Traffic Orders/Notices and assist in service area development.
- Handle the processing and provision of Temporary Traffic Restriction Orders/Notices as per legislation.
- Assist in the legal provision of public highway events, ensuring legal compliance and correct order placement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend site meetings, agree on Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders (TTROs), and produce traffic orders and notices for special events.
- Install street notices on-site.
- Work in collaboration with the Senior Engineer.
- Work on-site for part of the week and remotely for the remainder.
- Write and prepare traffic orders remotely.
- Must be familiar with Mayrise or One.Network software.
- Contribute to the digitisation of TTROs and TROs in partnership with One Network.
Job Requirements:
- Significant experience in writing traffic orders.
- Understanding of Permanent and Temporary Traffic Orders/Notices.
- Strong knowledge of traffic management legislation and order delivery.
- Excellent organisational skills for managing a busy workload.
- Effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Experience in facilitating projects with developers and contractors.
